You can now use Amazon Connect SMS in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) and Asia Pacific (Sydney) AWS regions. Amazon Connect SMS makes it easy for you to resolve customer issues via text messaging. SMS offers a ubiquitous and convenient channel for your customers to get help from any device and anywhere, while enabling you to deliver personalized experiences at a lower total cost.
With this launch, Amazon Connect SMS is now available in US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), and Europe (London).
